New Directors join the Board of Altendorf Germany.

At the beginning of this year, two new directors joined Managing Director Tom Altendorf at Wilhelm Altendorf GmbH & Co. KG, Minden: Joerg F. Mayer as Sales and Marketing Director and Wolfgang Ruhnau as Financial Director of the worldwide Altendorf Group.

Joerg Mayer has been with the company in various roles since 2001.  Since 2009 he has been General Manager of the Altendorf factory in Qinhuangdao China, and his most recent position was as Group Sales and Marketing Manager. Wolfgang Ruhnau has been in charge of the Financial Control function since 2002 and was also vested with the power of attorney to sign and act on behalf of the Altendorf Group.

With these appointments Altendorf has initiated the transition to the next generation of the family business.

Wilfried Altendorf continues in his roles as partner and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the company.
